Readers’ and Writers’ groups or organizations: Most communities have some sort of writing critique group, usually at a bookstore, or groups for regional authors, such as the Red River Romance Writers in Wichita Falls that you may join. If you write a particular genre like science fiction, you can attempt to join an organization such as SFWA, which
is the Science Fiction & Fantasy Writer’s of America, Inc.

I just thought I would take the time to post my experience with self-publishing so far.
